We’re kicking the weekend off at Marge’s Diner! It’s a Fargo classic, serving up hearty comfort food in a cozy, no-frills setting. You’ll have plenty of delicious options to fill up and get ready for the wedding fun ahead.
Oh, and don’t forget to grab a beverage while you’re at it! Whether you’re in the mood for a cold soda, a coffee, or something a little stronger, Marge’s Diner has you covered.

Cocktail Hour starting at 5 pm
We’re taking over the 3rd floor of the Radisson Blu, and cocktail hour starts at 5pm—so be there or be square! You won’t want to miss the drinks, the vibes, and all the fun that’s about to go down. Oh, and there might even be a surprise waiting in the Kid’s Club before dinner starts….
Dinner will be served at 6 pm
The Celebration Bash kicks off once everyone is done with dinner! Get ready to hit the dance floor, grab a drink, and party the night away. And don’t be too shocked—there will be some surprises, both for adults and kids, to keep the energy high and the fun rolling all night long!

Farewell Brunch from 10 am – 12 pm
We know folks might be tired, but we’d love to see you before you head out! Join us for a farewell breakfast on the 3rd floor of the Radisson Blu to wrap up the weekend and say our goodbyes. We’ve arranged for a complimentary buffet, so come hungry and start your day off right before heading home!
